Brigham City Temple Open House

For Labor Day, we got reservations for the Brigham City Temple open house.   Turns out that they decided to just let anyone through on Labor Day, so our experience was 3.5 hours of waiting in line and an hour of actually getting to walk around inside the temple.  It was a crazy hot day, but well worth it in the end.

We got to stand in line for a bus to take us from the parking lot to the temple.  Clara was so excited that she got to ride on a bus!
The next thing we did was stand in line to get into the temple.  Jeremy got a lot of shots of the temple itself, but we ended up with only 1 family picture outside of the temple.  It was too hot standing in the sun to worry about posing again.
While we passed the fountain, the kids got to get out of line and put their hands in the water to cool off.
Clara was so excited to be able to see the INSIDE of the temple.  We've taken her to temple grounds quite a bit before, but she's always wanted to be able to go in.

When asked what her favorite part of the temple was, Clara said, "The baptismal font and the rainbows on the wall."  (The sun was shining through some glass casting rainbows on the wall.)
