Jeremy's immediate family reunion was this weekend. Everyone camped at a place about 6 miles from our house, so Jeremy and I just stopped by throughout the weekend. It was nice to be able to visit with everyone, but not having to camp, especially with Joe being on oxygen!
Clara's favorite part was the "playground." She was frustrated with us every time we told her that it was time to do something else and she couldn't play on the equipment for a few minutes.
We also headed over to Manilla Creek Pond for some swimming and sandcastle building.
Friday night was a talent show. Almost everyone participated. Clara's favorite was the singing chins. And my favorite was the Beck brothers singing with their Dad.
And last, but not least is the Saturday evening adult dinner. We met up at Emmet and Ethel's in Lehi

Carnival
Jeremy's work put on a carnival for it's employees. Clara had a blast. The very first thing she wanted to do was get her face painted.
We then headed over to the animal part where she got to ride a pony and pet lots of different kinds of animals.
Jeremy and I then traded kids (he had been eating dinner with Joe at the tables while I stood in some very long lines.) I sat with Joe while Jeremy took Clara around to all the bounce house things.
Clara had a blast and didn't want to leave!

Cute Kids
I just have to say that I love how much Clara adores her little brother. She's always wanting to hold him and play with him.
I also love that Joseph will raise his hand randomly as he sleeps. It makes me laugh every time.

Welcome Home Joseph!
We were so excited to bring Joseph home on Tuesday last week. It felt like a long time coming. Driving to Provo twice a day got old fast, especially when I was getting home at midnight every night!
He did have to come home on oxygen though. Because of that, I had to stay over night in the hospital with him. It was just me and him in the room so that I could learn how to manage all his monitors and things with a nurse being down the hall in case I had questions or there was in emergency. But the room was pretty nice for it being in a NICU unit.
Here is his first car ride. He looks so tiny in that car seat. I need to roll up receiving blankets to put on each side of him so he doesn't move from side to side too much.
Joseph brought Clara home a pillow pet, something that she's been wanting for a very long time. She was amazed that Baby Brother knew her well enough already to know exactly what she wanted. I simply told her it was because we're a family....
The day he got home, the neighbor girls had to come meet Clara's little brother. Sometimes it feels like Joseph has 5 different mothers! :)
I had to grab a few shots of little Joe after his bath so that you could see what he looked like without all the tubes attached to him.
I can't believe he's a month old today! Welcome to our family Little Joe, we sure do love you, and very much consider you our little miracle baby!
