Civil Rights Day

This last week we got to have Jeremy home from work and Clara home from school to celebrate Civil Rights Day.  We decided to take the kids to Chuck E Cheese for some fun.  They loved it!
We also were able to attend the Provo City Center's open house.  We've been to a temple open house each year for the past 3 years in a row, so Clara wasn't as excited about having to go see another temple as she had been about visiting the other temples.  However, by the time we got done, she was sad to leave the temple.  She could tell the spirit was stronger inside the temple than outside and she even asked if we could stay longer!
We loved the style and intricate details of the temple.  They tried to make it look like it was built in the late 1800's.  We especially were impressed with the door hinges and exit signs!

Jack is crawling everywhere now.  He used to just stay in the same room that I was in, but now I have to search the house to find him.  He's gotten really good at unplugging our internet.  One day I found him happily climbing in and out of our end table.  (Sorry that he wouldn't hold still long enough to get a nonblurry shot.  This is the best one I could get.)
When Joe saw I had the camera out, he wanted in on the pics too.  I love how this pic also represents how quick Jack is to cling to his older siblings.  He loves them and wants to be as close to them as he can, even if they don't appreciate it as much.
Joe picked out both his and Jacks clothes that morning so they could match.  They both have red long sleeved football shirts on with grey pants.

And lastly, I love how on Sundays we have our TV and electronic devices turned off all day long.  Sometimes that creates more fights than normal, but yesterday all 3 kids played so nicely together in the toy room for hours.  It made my day.
